Mexico is actually the second country with biggest potential for entrepreneurs, as they feel backed up and are not afraid of failure, reasons to strengthen decisions to open new companies in this country.
All over the world, Mexico has only been passed by Colombia as a potential entrepreneur, according to the Global Report of Entrepreneurs Amway, since a 56% of Mexican people respondents have confirmed they can see themselves opening up their own business, while the percentage of Colombian reached a 63%.
Among the characteristics that have Mexican excelled as entrepreneurs, you can see their tendencies to be their own bosses, their lack of fear against failure, and the support provided by the business nets, reasons that inspire them to open up their own business.
“Mexico has always been characterized to be a country who fights together to get ahead in business, even on small ones, which are a very important part for Mexican economy and job resources”, opined Salomon Juan Marcos Villarreal, a Mexican entrepreneur about this topic.
At least 7 of 10 entrepreneurs fear failure, which is a main reason for them to hold themselves from taking decisions to undertake business; however, this does not seem to be a problem for Mexico, since less than half of people polled, thought failure is not a good reason to worry about.
Financing and economic conditions offered to entrepreneurs in Mexico also play an important role, as a 77% of respondents confirmed to be able to start their own business with favorable economic panoramas to achieve it.
“Economic independence, having more time to spend with family, personal realization, economic support, helping other people by offering good salaries are some of the most important reasons to motivate Mexicans to start their own business”, added Salomon Juan Marcos Villarreal, president of Grupo Denim.
